Special HOA Meeting

Dear Homeowners:
The Turning Leaf Homeowners association special meeting will be held on Sunday, November 6th, 2016 at 2:00pm at 8010 S.E. 62nd Loop. This meeting is your opportunity to become involved in our community and have your voice be heard on issues that are important to you. We will be discussing the final step in the process of increasing the HOA dues and also implementing a more structured regulation for those opting to lease their homes to third party residents. On the agenda for this meeting will also be an open election for sub-committee members. This meeting is also an opportunity to provide your input on issues that you would like to see addressed and to follow-up on the progress made on the issues presented at our general meeting.
